A deposit of £30.00 per week is requested when booking. The balance payable the day after arrival. |

Flats will be available from 1:30pm on arrival and vacated by 10:00am on the day of departure. |

Any breakages or damage to the flat or it's contents will be paid for by the occupants |

The proprietors shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss or damage of the property. |

When you book your holiday, paid your deposit and signed the reservation form you have entered into a |

legally binding contract, if you cancel your holiday you are liable to pay the balance in full. |
